Holiday home – Malpensée

Are you looking for a relaxing holiday home in the middle of the Ardennes forests? The “Malpensée” holiday home, comfortable and spacious, is located on the outskirts of the quiet and typical Ardennes village of Felenne (Beauraing), just 250 meters from the French border.

The vast forests extending into France (Champagne-Ardennes region) offer nature lovers everything they desire. The house is completely surrounded by a large garden with a barbecue, pétanque court, and garden furniture on the spacious terrace.

The house features a spacious living area with all the necessary comforts for 14 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with 2 x 4 burners, 2 refrigerators, microwave, and coffee maker. There are 6 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with its own bathroom and WC, making it very accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Prices:

Weekend and extended weekend:

• Rental price for the weekend: €510.00
• Electricity/heating oil/water consumption costs will be charged at the daily rate. The meter reading will be checked in your presence. A bundle of firewood is included in the price. If needed, an additional bundle of firewood can be provided for €15.00.
• Mandatory cleaning fee: €95.00.
• Tourist tax (€2.00 per night per person)
• Arrival on Friday afternoon from 2:00 PM / Departure on Monday morning by 10:00 AM at the latest. Arrival and departure times can be modified by mutual agreement.

If you wish, and if the house is available, you can extend your stay for a fee of €150.00 per day. The conditions and arrangements will then be discussed by mutual agreement, as well as for a mid-week rental from Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM to Thursday afternoon at 6:00 PM.

End-of-year period:
From the weekend before Christmas to the weekend after New Year’s Day: Price on request!
