A camp declaration form must be submitted to the Administration (or sent by e-mail to julie.suray@beauraing.be) at least 48 hours before the arrival of the children.
A Mr or Mrs “Camps” in partnership with the Service public de Wallonie, will be appointed during the month of June. He (she) must ensure a better cohabitation between the youth movement camps, the local residents and the commune.
